Sedona Canyon Wren offers a lovely setting in West Sedona. Its location also puts you on AZ Hwy 89A, where you will find restaurants and shopping abound, as well as being close to hiking and biking trails. The home offers stunning views of iconic Coffee Pot Dome and other red rock formations.

The home offers two levels of living, with 2,417 square feet with three bedrooms and three bathrooms to accommodate up to eight guests.

You’ll enter the home through the front door and into a welcoming foyer. Then you will then step into the open and airy main living area holding the living room, kitchen and dining areas.

Living Room: The living room features welcoming furnishings, including a full-size sleeper sofa, accent chairs, a 55” Smart TV and a gas fireplace. The many surrounding windows bring in plentiful light and views.

Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped with stainless-steel appliances including a gas range, along with plenty of counter space. There’s an adjacent breakfast nook with seating for six that is perfect for enjoying the views and coffee.

Dining Area: This formal dining area offers a table with seating for up to eight diners. The French doors open out to the deck.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Master Bedroom— King size bed, 42” Smart TV, walk-in closet, and private access to the patio. The ensuite Jack-and-Jill style bathroom offers a vanity and shower on one side with a vanity and a tub/shower combo on the other.

Bedroom 2 — Queen size bed and 42” Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom features a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 3— Two double beds, 42” Smart TV, and a private entrance. The private bathroom offers a walk-in shower.

Outdoor/deck areas:

The main deck patio offers seating, while you will find additional outdoor seating and a propane BBQ grill in the backyard.
