Sedona Casa Essex is a gorgeous ranch-style home that has been completely remodeled and has a hybrid vehicle charging station! You will find yourself not only surrounded by luxury amenities and red rock views, while being close to all the wonderful Sedona attractions, restaurants and hiking trails.
Inside you’ll enjoy a spacious 2,107 square feet, three bedrooms, a bonus/bunk room and two full bathrooms that can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. Also, up to two dogs are allowed (with prior approval and a non-refundable $250 pet fee).
When you enter the home, you’ll step right into the expansive main living area accentuated by unique cork hardwood flooring throughout the home. The home offers a tasteful décor that has a modern and inviting Sedona artistic ambiance.
Living Room: The spacious living area is complete with comfortable furnishings, surrounding a gas stove for those cool desert evenings, and a Samsung TV with cable programming. Check out the pass-through window/bar to the kitchen for a great entertainment space.
Kitchen: The remodeled kitchen is a true gourmet space. It is fully equipped and offers new appliances, custom cabinetry, tile counters and backsplash, making a great place for the group’s chef to make delicious meals and snacks. For the coffee lovers in the group, you have a choice of either a drip or a Keurig coffee maker to start your day.
Dining area: The dining area offers seating for 12; additional seating for two at the kitchen bar. It also has access to the private deck that offers outdoor dining areas to take your meals outside on those perfect Arizona days.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Master — King size bed, Samsung TV with cable programming. The private bathroom is stunning and offers dual copper sinks and a soothing tile shower.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, access to full shared bath that offers a copper sink and a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3 – Double bed with access to the full bathroom
Bonus/bunk room — Two twin over twin bunk beds, a new full-size sleeper sofa, a 65” TV/DVD, and access to the full shared bathroom.
Outdoor/Patio areas:
You will enjoy a large covered private deck with outdoor living and dining areas complete with red rock views. The large backyard is the perfect outdoor space with new landscaping, a private hot tub, additional dining areas and a BBQ grill, and peaceful areas to lounge or sit around a fire pit.
