Sedona Creek Haus is situated in Oak Creek Canyon on the banks of the pristine Oak Creek where you’ll enjoy private access to the creek and its walking path. The grounds of this home are peaceful and fragrant with a range of plantings that provide beauty throughout the year. You will be close to everything: restaurants, shopping and all the many Sedona attractions.

The property is spacious and offers 5,579 square feet with three bedrooms, a den and three and half bathrooms — all to comfortably accommodate up to six guests.

When approaching the home, which sits on an expansive 1.5 acres, you’ll be greeted by an ivy-draped gate that opens to a winding paver drive. You will enter the home through the front door and will be greeted by the open and bright great room offering the living room, kitchen and dining area — all with an abundance of windows bringing in natural light and garden views.

Living Room: This grand room offers high ceilings and a multitude of windows surrounding a comfortable sectional and a cozy sitting area. There is a 60” Smart TV (with YouTube streaming) and decorative fireplace (non-functioning).

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and provides stainless-steel appliances, including a four-burner electric stovetop, SMEG small appliances, and plenty of counterspace. You’ll also enjoy the breakfast nook table with seating for four that is surrounded by bay windows and sky lights. You may also access the patio from here.

Dining area: The dining area has seating for six, a decorative fireplace and access to the patio. There are many windows to bring in the natural light and garden views.

Den: Offers a cozy sofa, decorative fireplace and lots of natural light, making it a great place to relax.

Billiard Room: Challenge your friend or family with a game of pool.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:

Master Bedroom 1— King size bed, walk-in closet; the private bathroom offers a dual sink vanity and a shower.

Master Bedroom 2 – This bedroom is accessed via the den and offers a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom 3– Two twin beds and access shared full bathroom with a shower.

Outdoor/Patio areas:

This huge private yard features lush landscaping, a tire swing, and more. You will have direct access to Oak Creek where you can stroll the banks and enjoy the soothing sounds. There are several sitting areas throughout the yard including a picnic table shaded by a pergola and mature vines and trees. NOTE: the landscapers are at the property weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays for most of the day and will need access to the side room off of the kitchen to access the controls for the irrigation. This is a part of the house that will not disturb guests.
