As you enter the two-story main house through the front door, you'll find yourself in the great room, which seamlessly combines the living area, dining space, and kitchen, all featuring tile flooring. This main house includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The private entrance to the casita is located at the rear of the house.

Living Room: The living room comes equipped with ample comfortable seating and a Smart TV, creating an open and airy atmosphere filled with natural light. For those wishing to catch up on work while on vacation, there is a generous office space featuring a large desk.

Kitchen: The kitchen boasts modern stainless-steel appliances, including a gas cooktop. It's completely stocked with all the essentials for preparing delightful meals, and there is island seating available for three.

Dining Area: The dining area has seating for eight guests. Access to the outdoor patio off the dining area.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:

Master Bedroom (Main Level)— King bed, Smart TV; the en suite bath offers single sink and walk in shower.

Bedroom 2 (Main Level) — Queen bed, Smart TV, and access to the shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 3/ Flex Room (Lower Level)— This area is generously open and airy, featuring two queen beds, a full-size sleeper sofa, and a Smart TV. Stay active during your vacation with the workout bike available for a bit of cardio. You'll also have outdoor access from this space, along with a full shared bathroom that includes a shower.

Casita:

As you step inside the casita through its front door, you are welcomed into an inviting open studio-style layout. This area features a queen-size bed and a convenient kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Additionally, the casita includes a bathroom complete with a shower.

Outdoor Spaces:

The home features a generous upper deck, complete with ample outdoor dining seating and a propane BBQ grill, perfect for cooking up your favorite meals. In the lower backyard, you'll find abundant outdoor seating areas where you can relax, including a fire pit ideal for gatherings. If you're seeking a moment of peace and tranquility, take advantage of the private yurt, which offers a serene space for yoga or meditation.
