Sedona Ultimate Privacy Casita is a newly-built 637 square foot guest house in the tranquil Juniper Knolls neighborhood, filled with mature trees for a true Zen experience. Professionally designed and decorated, this lavish casita is perfect for couples and small families that want a beautiful casita home in a great area close to all the shops, restaurants, and wineries in West Sedona.
This property is tastefully decorated in a Sedona contemporary style with the finest finishes, and offers one bedroom, one bathroom and sleeps two guests in true comfort.
You will enter from the private patio through the front door into this luxury casita’s main living area.
Living Room: Cozy couch with a memory foam queen sleeper bed, work desk, and a 50" Smart TV with streaming services (Netflix and Amazon Fire Stick available) and AT&T TV programming.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen that includes a 5-burner gas stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, a toaster oven, and the cabinets that are stocked with everything a home chef would need!
Dining Area: A dining table with seating for four.
Bedroom / Bathroom:
Master Bedroom - Plush king bed, 32" HD Smart TV with streaming services (Netflix and Amazon Fire Stick), AT&T TV programming and an adjacent full bathroom with a luxury marble shower and granite topped dual vanities.
Outdoor Patio: You have a shaded patio with a 4-seat dining table, umbrella, propane gas BBQ, and plenty of privacy set under the Sedona stars. There is also a bike rack with locks and waterproof UV resistant covers for up to 4 bikes, so don’t forget to bring your bikes!
