This spacious 1,684 sq. ft. house offers a living space with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and an additional casita with a third bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The layout is especially loved by guests traveling with multiple couples, friends, or family members who appreciate the added privacy of the separate casita.

Guests can access the main house from the upper-level deck (via a flight of exterior stairs) and enter through the front door. Step into the main living space that includes the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The casita is located on the 1st/ground level with a private entrance.

Living Room: Features contemporary furnishings, ample comfortable seating, and a Smart TV. This open space, which includes the dining area, boasts high ceilings that enhance the airy ambiance. Casita/Bedroom 3 —Offers a private entrance, a kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, sink, dining table, and a full-size washer and dryer. Includes a Queen bed, 55” Smart TV, and private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The separate casita is a guest favorite for providing extra privacy for couples, friends, or extended family members.

Outdoor Area (2nd/main level):

The 2nd level deck provides outdoor furniture seating to enjoy the views of Cathedral Rock. Guests especially enjoy relaxing outside to take in the stunning scenery and peaceful surroundings. There’s a patio on the side of the house with a gas BBQ, seating with a fire table, and a private hot tub.
