Close to Winery 1912
Sedona offers just one local winery on the Verde Valley Trail, Winery 1912, found in the uptown area of Sedona, but every home we offer is within a short distance, ensuring that your dream haven will be close enough to enjoy your favorite drinks as often as you want. Even better, with the exception of Cornville, which is approximately an hour away from Sedona, the remaining towns on the trail are all within a half hour distance from the Sedona.Org vacation home you choose to make your own. Providing homes in a variety of sizes, the smallest casitas with only one bedroom, to the largest homes that offer as many as six bedrooms, their style and décor may be different, but the sense of home, family, and welcoming is identical in all.
Pour yourself a glass of wine from Winery 1912, perhaps a glass of Isabella, their pinot grigio, to enjoy while watching your favorite rom com on the state-of-the-art televisions found in the living room. Comfortable sofas may lead to refreshing naps and plush chairs placed where the lighting is best offer the ideal spot to lose yourself in the words written by your favorite author. The views are Sedona’s largest selling point and we would be crazy not to provide plenty of opportunities for our guests to enjoy them; walls of windows frame the scenery perfectly, and if you find yourselves distracted by them just know that you aren’t the only ones! Local art graces the walls of these beautiful havens, adding color, drama, and a reflection of the Southwest to your stay and as you read, relax, and play in the comfort of the rooms, if you start to wonder how the painting of the red rocks would look in your own home, we can assure you that you will be able to find something comparable in the shops of town.
Dining rooms, perhaps tucked away in an alcove of windows, can be where you perform your own wine tastings, sampling from the red wine you bought at the Pillsbury Winery in Cottonwood, the Rose from Chateau Tumbleweed in Clarkdale, and the Chardonnay from The Original Jerome Winery. Playing board games on the smooth wood surface of the dining room table will include an extra dose of giggles after the tasting but that’s all part of the fun. Guests that aren’t really wine drinkers may still appreciate the extra depth a good bottle of red adds to their meal and our fully equipped kitchens, filled with high-end appliances make meal prep enjoyable once again. Gas ranges, subzero refrigerators, Keurig coffee makers and other name brand appliances (large and small) anchor the rooms built to be the heart of the home, and all the glassware, dishes, pots and pans, and utensils are provided, tucked away behind the doors of the custom cabinets. Laundry rooms with full sized washers and dryers or laundry closets with stackable units hidden are included with most homes, because we understand that all the details are the most important ones.
At night, when the sun sinks behind the red rocks and the dark skies begin to twinkle with the light of the stars, a glass of red wine provides a beautiful way to bid the day adieu, perhaps as you sit with your family, gathered round a roaring fire in the firepit, discussing the adventures of the day. These backyard oases will be what you will miss the most, offering a variety of ways in which to play and relax, including crystal clear pools, bubbling hot tubs, outdoor fireplaces, personal saunas, and because many of our luxury vacation home rentals in Sedona AZ are pet friendly, fenced-in backyards will give occupants peace of mind when their precious fur babies are roaming about. Multiple seating areas, multiple patios and decks, and alternate ways to dine are also included in these backyard outdoor spaces and your moments spent out here are destined to be peaceful and serene.
Goodnight, Sleep Tight
The good times with wine continue as we take the Sedona wine tour back inside to the bedrooms and bathrooms, where each day will begin and end in comfort. That chilled glass of white wine will taste even better when sipped while soaking in deep tubs with music playing softly in the background. Modern fixtures, stone vanity tops, and walk-in showers make the bathrooms comfortable, and in some properties, there may be as many baths as there are bedrooms, lessening the morning traffic jams that often accompany vacations with large traveling parties. The bedrooms of our Sedona.Org escapes are havens of peace and comfort, anchored by premium beds topped with silky soft linens, while also providing Smart televisions with pictures so clear guests feel they are on the sidelines of the show they are watching. Some rooms may feature fireplaces that add warmth and romance to the space, others may provide seating areas with comfortable chairs that are perfect for reading, relaxing, and sipping a morning cup of coffee. Large windows let in more of those stunning Sedona views, as well as the rays of the sun, but curtains, drapes, or blinds can be drawn shut for those mornings you want to sleep a little later! Bunk rooms may be where the littles want to sleep, giggle, and share secrets, and if your mother-in-law is along for the ride, some of our properties also offer separate casitas that allow mom to enjoy her own space at the end of the day! These casitas may provide kitchens or kitchenettes, giving mom the opportunity to enjoy a few meals on her own, as well as a glass or two of her favorite Winery 1912 cabernet, and although they are smaller than the large house by quite a bit, luxury and style is still offered, just on a smaller scale.
