Guests have full, private access to the entire 2,200 sq. ft. home and all amenities including the single-level layout, private swimming pool and in-ground hot tub, outdoor patio with seating, BBQ grill, and firepit, private driveway parking, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning.

Pool & Hot Tub Heating: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously. Pool heating is available upon request prior to arrival for $150/day and is not available October 1 through March 31. The in-ground hot tub heats on demand and typically reaches temperature within one hour.

Safety & Cleaning: There are no security cameras on the property. The home is professionally cleaned and prepared prior to each stay.
