This spacious 2,684 square foot property comfortably sleeps 8 guests in 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in the main house and an additional 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the ATTACHED casita with separate entrance.  


Upon stepping through the home’s private entrance, you are welcomed by a spacious open floor plan seamlessly combining the living room, kitchen, and dining area, all illuminated by natural light and offering stunning panoramic views of the red rocks.


Living Room: The expansive living room boasts comfortable leather sofa seating, stylish accent chairs, and a Smart TV, all beautifully highlighted by an abundance of natural light. 


Sun Room: Step down into the sunroom, featuring two luxurious oversized chaise lounges, perfect for unwinding in the abundance of natural light while indulging in a good book. From here, you’ll also find convenient access to the backyard area.


Kitchen: This completely remodeled kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a delicious meal! Gather at the oversized kitchen island which offers seating for 4.


Dining Area: Enjoy the expansive views from the dining table which offers seating for 8. Access the patio directly from the dining area which offers additional seating.


Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom (Main House) – King bed, sofa seating, Smart TV, and access to outdoor space. En suite bathroom with double sink vanity, and walk-in shower.


Bedroom 2 (Main House)- King bed, chaise lounge and Smart TV, and access to full shared bathroom.


Bathroom 2 (Main House)- Full shared bathroom with shower.

DETACHED Casita- The attached casita, accessible through its own private entrance separate from the main house, provides extra space and comfort for guests. This area includes a cozy living room equipped with a Smart TV, as well as two spacious bedrooms, each featuring a King-sized bed and a Smart TV. Additionally, the casita offers a full-size bathroom complete with a shower and an oversized tub.


Outdoor Area: The upper deck offers plenty of seating to enjoy the direct red rock views. In the lower backyard space, you will find plenty of outdoor seating, including hanging out around the fire table with seating. Take a dip in the private heated salt water pool or relax in the above ground hot tub offering breathtaking views. A gas BBQ is available for grilling up your favorites. The backyard is fully fenced in.

Pool: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $150 per day. Due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions during the fall and winter months, the pool cannot be heated from October 1- March 31.   POOL TEMPERATURES CANNOT BE GUARANTEED!
