Sedona Broken Arrow Retreat is exactly as the name says, a true retreat. Located in a cozy neighborhood in the Village of Oak Creek, you will be close to some great hiking/biking trails and have amazing up-close views of Bell Rock.

The home boasts 2,000 square feet with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and all the room needed to accommodate up to six guests in comfort.

Up the front exterior stairs, you enter the home through the front door and into the expansive living room.

Living Room: Comfortable and cozy with stunning red rock views through the large picture windows. There are also unique stained-glass windows with picturesque Sedona scenery.

Den: TV room off the living room featuring leather theater-style seating and a 60” HDTV with cable and a Blu-Ray DVD player.

Kitchen: This fully equipped kitchen is spacious and has been updated with stainless steel appliances, including a ceramic, five-burner electric cook top range, and granite countertops. There is a roomy kitchen bar with seating for five where you can enjoy a snack or your favorite meal.

Dining Area: Dine inside at the table with seating for six or take your favorite drinks and meals out on the deck for a peaceful experience.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:

Master bedroom - A queen size bed and a 42” HDTV with cable programming. The private bathroom features dual granite countertop sinks and a tub/shower combo. From the master, you can walk out onto the deck to enjoy the desert air and mountain views.

Bedroom 2 - A queen size bed and a 42” HDTV with cable. It has a private entrance to the shared bathroom, and access to the back deck as well.

Bedroom 3 - A queen size bed, a 42” HDTV with cable, and access to the full shared bathroom.

Outdoor Areas:

You’ll love the deck complete with patio furnishings and a large hot tub. It is a great space to take in the view while you enjoy your meals, evening cocktails and conversation, or relax in the hot tub after the day’s activities.
