Living Room: This room offers comfortable sofa and chairs, a decorative fireplace (not operational), a 50” Smart TV with cable and a desk/work area. Take advantage of the deck access where you can enjoy the red rock views.

Kitchen: The kitchen space is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances, including a four-burner electric range. You will find all the utensils and equipment needed to create delicious meals and snacks.

Dining Area: The dining area has a table with seating for up to six.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Master Bedroom — King size bed, 40” Smart TV, a desk/work area with a printer, and lovely surrounding views. The private bathroom offers double sinks, a separate tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 2 — Queen bed, 32” Smart TV, access to the full bathroom with tub/shower combination.

Community Amenities

Community hot tub, pool and seasonal tennis courts. The pool and spa is open year round from 8am to 10pm. The water for the pool will only be heated in the months of March, April and May at 80 degrees. During the summer months the pool naturally heats to around 85 degrees. The winter months the pool will be kept at 50 degrees to maintain the tile. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the hot tub(s). No animals allowed in the pool, spa or tennis/pickleball areas.
