This newly renovated home is spacious with 2,660 square feet of living space and offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms to easily sleep up to eight guests in true comfort.

After a few steps up to the front porch, you’ll enter this single-level home through the double front doors, putting you into the main great room with the living room, kitchen and dining area. This area boasts a multitude of windows that bathe the area in natural light and gorgeous views.

Living Room: This grand space features contemporary-style furnishings, Smart TV, and red rock views from the wall of windows, and 2 sleeper chairs. There is also a pool table for some added fun and access to the expansive patio. 

Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped and provides stainless steel appliances, a large center island, a cozy built-in bench seating, and a comfortable conversation area. The fireplace is to be used with Duraflame logs only (not provided).

Dining Area: The dining area offers seating for eight guests, and of course, the stunning views.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:

Grand Master Suite — King size bed, Smart TV and views. The private bathroom a tub/shower combo.

Master Bedroom 2 — Queen bed, Smart TV, the private bathroom has a glass and tile shower.

Bedrooms 3 — Queen size bed, Smart TV, access to the full shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo.  

Bedrooms 4 — Two twin beds, Smart TV, access to the full shared bathroom. 

Backyard/Outdoor Spaces:

The home offers a huge patio that extends the length of the house complete with plenty of seating including outdoor dining and a BBQ Grill. Your group can also enjoy Cornhole and Can Jam Frisbee. Umbrellas, yoga mats, and a telescope are available as well. There is a private hot tub – great to relax in after a full day of activities.
