Offering 4 serene and cool bedrooms, 3 bright and beautiful baths, this special home sleeps 10 people comfortably in its over 2000 square feet of space, ensuring that everyone has their own private areas to retreat to after a day of exciting Sedona adventures.

As you open the door to a week of comfort and fun, the large entry way greets each guest with cheer, revealing all the treasures that make this home special at first glance. An open concept floor plan makes it easy to find your way through the house if you can take your eyes off the views long enough to maneuver around

Living Room: Modern sofas and chairs covered in soft green velvet imbue the space with the feeling of the French farmhouse mentioned earlier, as does the arched window looking out onto the red rocks, but the modern Smart TV standing on a platform, the gas fireplace, and of course, those views are all American! Wood floors add charm to a room dripping with elegance and built in bookshelves make the space feel extra homey and welcoming.

Kitchen: Who doesn’t love an eat-in kitchen and although this spacious room only offers seating for four around the breakfast table, the dining room located just steps away ensures there is seating for everyone! Granite countertops and backsplash in shades of cream, tan, and brown create drama while upgraded appliances help take the boredom out of standard kitchen chores. 
 

Dining Area: This room tucked between the kitchen and living room centers the space with a sturdy wood table surrounded 8 cushioned matching chairs. French doors that lead out to the patio can be opened, bringing the outside in and creating even more room to dine when connected to the patio set that rests in that area.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:

Master Bedroom 1: Every detail has the greatest of attentions paid to it in this serene and tranquil room, one of two master suites found in this property. A king bed topped in soft white linens offers a comfortable upholstered headboard, a spot you will enjoy resting your head against while watching the Smart TV located directly opposite! A walk in closet and spacious attached bath features colorful tile floors, a jetted soaking tub, stand-alone shower, and dual vanities for ease and convenience.
 

Master Bedroom 2: Two colorfully topped queen beds and another smart tv grace this space that also has its own ensuite bath. A tub/shower combo, farmhouse style dual vanity, and arched entry give this room its own farmhouse feel.

Bedroom 3: This versatile room contains two twin beds that can be converted to a king for an extra fee, an amazing arched window with more of those amazing views, and access to a shared bath containing a stand-alone shower and a marble topped vanity.

Bedroom 4/bunk room: Also known as the Bunk Room, a sturdy set of twin bunk beds are where secrets will be shared, giggles will be uncontainable, and dreams will be happy. This is the only bedroom without a smart tv, making it a smart choice for sleeping quarters for your littles; it shares the bathroom with bedroom three.

Outdoor Areas: The magic is real in this well-manicured yard, featuring multiple seating and dining areas and a propane grill that will charm the grill master in your family. Sipping margaritas as you stare at your gorgeous surroundings may be your most favorite activity of all!

Electronics: There’s no cable in this home, but with Smart TVs in nearly every room and high-speed wireless internet included with your rental fee, we don’t think you will miss a thing!

Laundry: A dedicated room with full sized washer and dryer ensures any clothing mishaps will be easily handled.
