This sprawling 3,572 square foot home has four bedrooms, and three and a half bathrooms to comfortably sleep up to 10 guests.

The entryway is warm and inviting, complete with outdoor chairs to enjoy the red rock views, to then be greeted by the living area that showcases an open sleek contemporary design.

Main Living Room: Unwind on the queen sleeper sofa or the accent chairs, while enjoying your favorite shows on the Smart TV. This room offers high ceilings accented with wood beams and also includes an additional seating area with a couch and accent chairs, positioned perfectly to take in the breathtaking red rock views.

Lower Level Living Room/ Game Room: Relax on the oversized sectional seating and watch some TV on the Smart TV. There is also a multi use game table where you can play some pool, ping pong or air hockey!

Kitchen: The fully remodeled, sleek modern kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances, including a flat top stove. It’s bright and open, offers tons of counter space, bar top seating for 2, and an oversized island bar with seating for 6, making it perfect for gatherings!

Dining area: The dining area is lit by a contemporary style chandelier, has a large dining table with seating for 6 and is directly adjacent to the kitchen.

Master Bedroom (Main Level) — King size bed, Smart TV and closet storage. There is a private patio door that leads to the upper deck with direct red rock views. The en suite bathroom offers a dual sink vanity, large beautiful tiled shower and oversized sunken shower.

Stairs lead to a lower backyard space where you will find an outdoor fire pit and seating, a custom checkers table with the pieces as rocks, and a bench to take in the views. Relax in the private hot tub or practice your short game on the 5 hole putting green! Up for a mini adventure? Take a hike down the hill where you will be rewarded with a tranquil watering hole coming off the Oak Creek where you can relax and take in the serene elements! For fishing enthusiasts, there is trout fishing from the river.

Please note: The dirt trail down to the watering hole is steep and is at guests own risk and not recommended for beginner hikers.
