You’ll also be conveniently located near Highway 89A, putting you near shopping and restaurants and plenty of other attractions.

This single-level home features 1,250 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate up to six guests.

You’ll enter the property through the front door and will step into the living room. A few steps more and you will find the kitchen and dining spaces.  

Living Room: The living room features plush leather sofas, a Smart TV, and a warm, inviting gas fireplace for your comfort.

Kitchen: The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a flat-top range. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything need to prepare delicious meals!

Dining area: This separate dining area offers a table with seating for six.

For dining, fire up the propane BBQ and savor your favorite grilled meals.
