When entering the home through the front door into the main level, you’ll be greeted by an open living room, dining area and kitchen areas — all with tile flooring throughout.

Living Room: The living room is roomy and filled with natural light. You'll appreciate the cozy furnishings, featuring a sectional sofa and a Smart TV.

Kitchen: The kitchen is completely outfitted with all appliances and thoroughly stocked with everything required to create tasty meals!

Dining Area: The dining area accommodates six people and is adorned with numerous large windows that allow you to take in stunning direct views of the red rocks! This area also offers an oversized sofa lounge, where you can bundle up an enjoy the sunsets!

Sunroom: This room features a twin bed and is enhanced by several windows that provide ample natural light and beautiful views. Please note, there are no window shades in this room.
