Why We Love It
Upon entering this recently remodeled home you will be enveloped by the rustic yet modern, contemporary feel, and be swept away into the trees surrounding majestic red mountain areas of Sedona. Tile floors, soft wood furniture and ceiling beams, along with carefully curated decor lend themselves to the warmth of this home. Enjoy the landscaped backyard with a stone staircase, paver patio, synthetic lawn, shade and fruit trees, a small foot bridge over the river rock bordered creek, and a seating area with a fire table. From walks around the neighborhood, you can see Thunder Mountain during the day and stars twinkling at night. This home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in West Sedona on more than a 1/3 acre with floor to ceiling windows overlooking a large deck and a view of Thunder Mountain from the backyard, kitchen, and living room. The home includes an inviting 200-square-foot wood deck for relaxing, stargazing, having a barbeque, or just enjoying the privacy and tranquil atmosphere this home has to offer. You can listen to the running water of the wash behind the house after a rain, or the morning conversation of the birds in the trees while enjoying your favorite beverage. After breakfast, you are encouraged to explore the Mission Hills community on foot with views of Thunder Mountain, Coffee Pot Rock, Chimney Rock, and Sugarloaf Mountain only steps away.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
The Master suite includes a beautiful king-sized platform bed, 65” Television, floor-to-ceiling windows, two skylights, and a wood-beamed cathedral ceiling, with access to the deck. If you need to put in a few hours of work, the space includes a workspace with desk, ergonomic chair, and monitor.
Prepare for the day in the large walk-in closet with a sliding glass door and plenty of light. The Master bath includes a soaking tub, a double-sink marble-topped vanity, a makeup mirror, a walk-in jetted shower, and an enclosed toilet room. After a long day of hiking, as daylight fades, sink into a bubble bath in the soaking tub and enjoy.
The second bedroom contains a king-sized platform bed with a Smart TV. This bedroom contains a window that provides amazing views of the sunset in the winter months, as well as a seating area. The lighted, extra-large closet provides plenty of room for your belongings. Just steps away is a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo, with a marble-topped vanity, soft-close cabinets and drawers, a makeup mirror, and an additional storage closet.

What guests love:
The house truly had all the comforts of home! The host has gone much further than typical vacation rentals with the attention to detail and extreme cleanliness inside and out. Everything was supplied that we could possibly need. We ate every meal on the peaceful deck, rather than deal with the crowded restaurants. The shower was fantastic! Very comfortable bed and pillows. Loved how close the house is to Whole Foods, Safeway, and restaurants. We highly recommend!!
