The entrance to this single level home is via the front walk and stairs to the front door. There is also an interior stairway to/from the garage. You will then step into the main living area great room that boasts the open and bright living room, kitchen and dining area.

Living Room: Featuring a large contemporary style sectional, 50” Smart TV with cable programming and a DVD player, and amazing red rock views from the multitude of windows. The vaulted ceiling and the many windows give the room an open and airy feel with plenty of natural light.

Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to create tasty meals. The expansive countertops and convenient center island will make meal prep a breeze.

Dining Area: The dining area offers seating for six guests with stunning views from inside or outside on the deck.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:

Master Bedroom — King size bed, 32” Smart TV, and an uncovered, private deck complete with seating and views. The private bathroom offers double sinks and a shower.

Bedroom 2 — King bed and access to the full shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Bedrooms 3 — Two twin beds (or can be put together for a king size upon request and $30 fee) and access to the full shared bathroom.
