This home provides single-level living within a spacious 2,445 square feet, and three bedrooms and two bathrooms to sleep up to six guests.

You’ll enter the home through the front door and into a hallway with the living room and dining area on the left — surrounded by windows and mountain views.

Formal Living Room: The spacious living room has contemporary furnishings including a sectional sofa and the surrounding windows let you enjoy natural light and the views.

Kitchen: The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes GE finger-print resistant stainless-steel appliances, updated granite counter tops and lovely alder cabinetry. The kitchen bar makes prep easy and offers bar seating for three!

Family Room: Adjacent to the kitchen, this room offers comfy seating, a Smart TV with cable, a cozy gas fireplace and the stunning views. There is a wonderful wet bar - great for entertaining – and access to the outdoor patio.

Dining area: This area offers a table with seating for eight.

Office space: includes a desk and office chair for those times you may need to catch up on some work.

Master Bedroom 1— King size bed, Smart TV, mountain views, and the en suite bath offers dual sinks, a soaking tub and separate shower. You will even have access to the backyard.

Bedroom 2 — Queen size bed, Smart TV, and access to a full shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 3 — Two twin beds (can be put together for a king size bed upon request and a $30 fee) Smart TV, and access to the full shared bathroom.

Enjoy the huge covered patio offering several seating areas where you can sit back and enjoy the stunning views of Thunder Mountain! Take a soak in the hot tub or just enjoy the large, grassed and peaceful fenced-in backyard. Grill up your favorites with the gas BBQ grill and have your meals and drinks outdoors.
