Located in the picturesque Chapel area and close to hiking, shopping, and other attractions, Sedona Silver Spur is a custom-designed home that will delight art lovers.  With high ceilings, skylights, and views of the famous Red Rocks, this spacious adobe boasts a chef’s gourmet kitchen complete with Viking and Sub-Zero appliances and two outdoor areas perfect for relaxing in the hot tub or entertaining guests.  The beautifully landscaped yard features a unique collection of artwork that will captivate your senses.
 
With new hardwood flooring and paint throughout, Sedona Silver Spur offers single-level living with 2209 square feet of space, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms that accommodate up to eight guests.  Upon entering the home, you will find yourself in the large great room encompassing the living room, dining room, and kitchen.
 
Living Room – tastefully furnished and features a gas fireplace and a Smart TV.  The abundance of windows provides ample natural light, while the art pieces throughout the home add to the Sedona ambiance.  Additionally, there is a cozy sitting area with a sleeper sofa.  The house comes equipped with board games and Bingo.

Kitchen – the fully equipped gourmet kitchen boasts stone counters, a gas stovetop, double ovens, and a large island that seats four guests.  Amenities include coffee pots, a microwave, spices, pots and pans, and baking plans.  Off the kitchen is an office area and a wet bar.  The adjacent dining room overlooks the unique outdoor artwork and seats up to six guests.

Bedrooms - All bedrooms feature comfortable beds and Smart TVs.

• Primary Bedroom – has a king-sized bed, a 50” Smart TV, an expansive ensuite with a unique tiled shower, two sinks, and a massive walk-in closet.  Guests are also provided robes for use while staying at Sedona Silver Spur.
• Second Bedroom – also offers a king-sized bed and 50” Smart TV, an exterior door that leads to the hot tub and private lounge area, and access to a shared full bath with tub/shower combo.
• Third Bedroom – features two XL twin beds that can be converted to a king by request, a 45” Smart TV, and access to the full shared bath.

 
Outdoors – the private grounds offer several distinct areas to enjoy the outdoors.  There is a patio with a hot tub and lounge chairs, a covered and partially enclosed space with a sectional sofa, a gas BBQ, heaters, and lovely views of the Red Rocks.  There is also a comfortable seating area in the home’s front yard.  The eclectic artwork surrounding the home accentuates all the outdoor spaces.  The home has custom cornhole boards and a ping-pong table for our guests' enjoyment.

Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs capable of streaming, a full-size washer and dryer in the primary ensuite, central heat and air conditioning, a garage that accommodates one car (ping pong table on the other side), and additional parking in the driveway.

Pets – Sedona Silver Spur is a dog-friendly home for up to two dogs with a $200 non-refundable fee.

There are no security cameras in Sedona Silver Spur.
