Kitchen: The fully remodeled kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a flat top stove, and is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a full meal. Bar top seating for two adds convenience.

Dining Area: Two separate dining areas offer flexibility and style. One features a bistro table with seating for 4, while the formal table seats 6 and is accented by a bohemian-style chandelier.

Master Bedroom —Features a King bed, a 43” smart TV, accent chair, desk area, and an En Suite bathroom with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower equipped with a rainfall shower head.

Community Amenities: The gated community of Canyon Mesa Golf Country Club offers pools, seasonal hot tub, tennis courts, and pickleball courts for guests to enjoy. Guests can play the nine-hole golf course for a small fee. Pool is open for summer as of April 12th, 2023.
