Perched pristinely atop a hill in Uptown Sedona, Sedona Uptown House of Views lives up to its name. While feeling away from it all and enjoying 360-degree views of the iconic red rock views, you will be very close to Highway 89A, where you will find a vast array of shopping, restaurants, activities and more.
This remodeled home offers one level of living space within 3,086 square feet, with two bedrooms, a den, and three bathrooms to accommodate up to six guests in true luxury and comfort.
Up the stairway and through the front door, you will be embraced by a stunning great room, a warm and open space with gorgeous maple floors and vaulted wood beam ceilings throughout. This grand space holds the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The area is further accented by a multitude of windows providing plenty of natural light and red rock views.
Living Room: The spacious living room features contemporary furnishings, including a large sectional, a 55” Smart TV with cable, and a gas fireplace. The room offers custom woodwork and a window bench seat where you can cozy-up with a good book. Have a seat in the yellow swivel chairs to turn and capture the fabulous view from the front of the house.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you’ll need to create those tasty snacks and meals. You’ll find stainless steel appliances including a six-burner gas stovetop. There is an abundance of counter space with a unique leathered granite countertop and custom knotty alder cabinetry. There is also seating for four at the kitchen bar.
Dining Area: This area offers seating for up to eight diners (with the additional captain’s chairs in the den and master bedroom). Your dining experience will be enhanced by the breathtaking views. The window bench seat in the dining area is a perfect spot to catch some sun while sipping your morning coffee.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Grand Master Suite 1— Queen size bed, HD TV with cable, a walk-in closet, patio access, and sitting area in front of a cozy gas fireplace, along with a window bench seat here too. The en suite bathroom boasts dual sinks with lovely stone counters, and an oversized tile and glass shower with a handheld and rain shower heads, and a separate jetted tub. There is office space with access to a private patio with a peaceful setting and views of Thunder Mountain. You might even catch a rainbow after a Sedona shower.
Master Bedroom 2 — Queen size bed, 43” Smart TV with cable, and plenty of natural light. The private bathroom offers a unique stained glass window and a tub/shower combo.
Den — Queen sleeper sofa, built-in desk, 40” Smart TV, a slider door to the patio, and private access to the full shared bathroom offering a tile/glass shower, which can be closed off with a pocket door at night for additional privacy.
Outdoor/deck areas:
The outdoor spaces are a dream. From one of the patios, you will have a view of Giant’s Thumb to the left and Snoopy Rock to the right. In the backyard, you’ll find a private pool, outdoor dining areas, a natural gas BBQ, and plenty of spaces to lounge in the shade or in the sun.
Note: The pool can be heated upon request for a fee of $150 per day. Due to outdoor temperatures during the fall and winter months — October 1 through March 31 — the pool will not reach a comfortable temperature, so heating is not available during this time period.
