A charming gated courtyard entry welcomes you to the front door. Upon entering, a tranquil atrium invites you into the main living area, where the living room, kitchen, and dining room seamlessly flow together.



Living Room: Enjoy comfortable, updated furnishings, a cozy Spanish-style gas fireplace, a Smart TV with cable, a CD player, and a selection of board games and puzzles. The room is enhanced by soaring wood-beamed ceilings that create a warm and inviting atmosphere.



Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and a convenient kitchen bar with seating for two.



Dining Area: The dining area offers seating for six, with two additional benches available to expand seating to eight when needed.



Bedrooms/Bathrooms:



Primary Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed, a large Smart TV with Roku, and an en-suite bathroom with heated floors, dual stone sinks with extra storage, and a large tile shower. This room also offers direct access to the back patio.



Primary Bedroom 2 includes a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and access to the sunroom and deck. The en-suite bathroom offers heated floors, a pedestal sink, and a large tile shower.



Bedroom 3 has two twin-size beds (convertible to a king bed upon request for a fee), a large Smart TV with Roku, and access to the back patio.



Sunroom is accessed through Primary Bedroom 2 and offers stunning views and ample natural light. This cozy space includes a twin daybed with a twin trundle for two additional guests, a desk, a Smart TV, and access to the deck and patio.



An additional half bathroom is located adjacent to the laundry room.



Outdoor/Patio Areas:

The expansive back patio features a wonderful outdoor dining area with plenty of seating and a private hot tub. Multiple lounge areas are available on the patio and sunroom deck.

Next to the kitchen, the side deck includes a gas BBQ grill with seating for two. The front side patio offers space to enjoy the included cornhole set, providing a fun activity for family and friends.  These outdoor areas are perfect for relaxing and taking in Sedona’s majestic sunrises, vibrant sunsets, and brilliant starry nights.
