Sedona Uptown Starry Nights is a beautiful home with spectacular views, conveniently situated on the upper ridge of wonderful Uptown Sedona. It’s a 10 minute walk (or 2 minute drive) through a quiet residential neighborhood to all Uptown has to offer: shopping, restaurants, galleries, tour companies, some of the best hiking/biking trails, and Tlaquepaque just beyond. This lovely home is surrounded by gorgeous views of famous red rock vistas, especially from the back decks and hot tub, where expansive landscapes, skyscapes and starry nights may be enjoyed.
Inside this delightful home, you’ll find a spacious 2,200 square feet of living space, holding three bedrooms, a bonus sunroom, and two and a half bathrooms. You’ll find that up to eight people can easily be accommodated. 

There is a charming exterior gated courtyard entry that welcomes you to the front door. Upon entering the home, you’ll find a tranquil atrium inviting you into the main living area holding the living room, kitchen and dining room. 
 
Living Room: In the living room, you’ll enjoy comfortable and updated furnishings, a cozy gas Spanish-style fireplace, a Smart TV with cable, a CD player, board games and puzzles. High ceilings with wood beams accentuate the room. 
 
Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen space offers stainless steel appliances and stone countertops. The convenient kitchen bar has seating for two. 
 
Dining area: The dining area offers seating for six.  There are also two additional benches that can be used to increase seating to eight if needed.
 
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom 1 — King size bed, large screen tv with Roku, and en-suite bathroom with heated floors offers dual sinks with stone counters with extra storage, and a large tile shower. You will also have access to the back patio.
 
Master Bedroom 2 — King size bed, a Smart TV with Roku, and access to a sunroom and the deck. The en-suite bathroom with heated floors offers a pedestal sink and a large tile shower.

Bedroom 3 — Two twin size beds (or put together for a king bed upon request for a fee),  large screen tv with cable and Roku, and access to the back patio.

Sun Room - Accessed via Master Bedroom 2, is a cozy sun room offering majestic views and plenty of natural light, a twin day bed with twin trundle for two additional sleeping accommodations, desk and printer, a Smart TV with cable, and access to the deck and patio.
 
Additional half bathroom adjacent to the laundry room.  

Outdoor/Patio areas:
The back patio offers a fantastic outdoor dining area with plenty of seating and the hottub. There are also several lounge areas on the patio and sunroom deck.  On the side deck next to the kitchen, you’ll find the gas BBQ and seating for two. There is also a front side patio where you can set up and play with the cornhole set. These spaces are great places to relax and enjoy the majestic views and the famous Sedona sunrises, sunsets, and starry nights. 
 
Internet Access: Yes, high-speed internet with mesh support system throughout the house to provide fast Wifi in every room.

TVs - Cable in the Living Room, Sun Room, and 3rd Bedroom, Smart TVs in the Master bedrooms. Rokus in all the bedrooms.
