The open layout flows seamlessly into the dining and kitchen areas, creating an inviting space for gathering and entertaining.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, single convection oven, GE Profile microwave, and coffee options including Cuisinart and Keurig machines. A propane gas BBQ grill is available for outdoor cooking and dining. Open concept with island seating for four. Formal dining with seating for six.
