Community hot tub, pool and seasonal tennis courts. The pool and spa is open year round from 8am to 10pm. The water for the pool will only be heated in the months of March, April and May at 80 degrees. During the summer months the pool naturally heats to around 85 degrees. The winter months the pool will be kept at 50 degrees to maintain the tile. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the hot tub(s). No animals allowed in the pool, spa or tennis/pickleball areas. Located 500 ft from unit.
