Wake up to red rock views from the kitchen window at this freshly styled Sedona ranch home. This unit pairs a sunny, vaulted living space and a Talavera-tiled kitchen with a garage game room (pool table and ping pong) and a private stone-walled patio with a grill. Two bedrooms sleep four, and trailheads, galleries and Uptown are a short drive away.
Kitchen: The heart of the home has navy shaker cabinets, a hand-painted Talavera backsplash and a gas range. A breakfast bar seats three. Skylights and a big window frame the red rocks while you cook.
Living and Dining Areas: Vaulted, beamed ceilings and clerestory windows fill the room with light. Sink into the large leather sectional, catch a show on the wall-mounted smart TV, or gather at the round dining table for game night. Saltillo tile floors run throughout, split-system AC and heating keep things comfortable year-round, and a door opens straight onto the yard.
Bedroom/Bathrooms:
Primary bedroom: A king bed with a classic iron frame, nightstands, a dresser, full-length mirror, ceiling fan and woven-basket wall art. The private en-suite bath has a deep-blue tiled tub/shower combo.
Second bedroom: Two twin beds, a dresser and a skylight. A good fit for kids or friends traveling together.
Second bathroom.: A full bath with a walk-in rain shower, wrapped in the same hand-glazed blue tile.
Game room: The garage is now a bright game space with a full-size pool table, ping pong table and bar-height seating. Roll up the door on a nice afternoon and play with the red rocks in view.
Outdoor living: Out back, a gravel patio enclosed by a red-rock wall holds a dining table for six and a gas grill. Out front, a covered porch with seating looks over a landscaped yard.
Guest access:
Guests have the entire Unit B, including the game-room garage (exclusive to Unit B) and the private back patio. Unit A is a separate home on the same property; the driveway and grounds may be shared as well as the laundry area.
Other things to note:
Self check-in is easy with a keypad entry. Sorry, no pets. The washer and dryer are in a laundry area shared with Unit A. Unit B is single-level. There are a few steps up from the driveway to the front porch, with a handrail.
