Tranquil, Warm, and Comfortable
Our bedrooms are where comfort reigns supreme this holiday weekend, and as you sleep in what we have determined are the most comfortable beds in the state, soak in deep tubs set under windows that let in the views, or in some of our homes, enjoy a glass of Arizona wine in the easy chairs placed in front of the fireplace that will add warmth and romance to your getaway, life will be good. The veteran in your life deserves this kind of peace and relaxation and so do you, whether you are a veteran or not. We love and live to give our guests the vacation experience that makes them forget the busy, the crazy, and the uncomfortableness of real life, and we like to think our bedrooms are where we show this affection for perfection the most!
Find Your Peace
The outdoor areas of our Sedona holiday sanctuaries offer more ways to play and to find peace, and although it may be a little too chilly to swim in our pools over the Sedona Veterans Day Weekend, it is never too cold to soak in a bubbly hot tub. Often open to the skies we can think of no more peaceful experience than submerging yourself in hot bubbling waters and staring up at a night sky filled with stars. Sedona is a Dark Sky Community, and because of our commitment to lessening light pollution, the skies will remind you of the skies of your youth and making wishes on shooting stars may be your favorite vacation activity!
Time to Play
Exploring Sedona, its vortexes, its shops, and its delicious restaurants is going to be an adventure you will never forget, but there may be times when you choose to stay in and explore what our homes can bring to your vacation. Some of our holiday hideaways offer game rooms equipped with a variety of different gaming opportunities, including pool tables, arcade games, and even video consoles. Some may offer telescopes, offering guests the opportunity to see further into the wilderness that surrounds them, and others will offer home theaters, furnished with comfy recliners or plush sectionals. Sedona.Org understands that play time is as important as sleep, and when you step back outside, in addition to the hot tub and pool, you may find cornhole games, barbecue grills, and places to dine, sit, sip, and savor your playful adventures enjoyed in the heart of red rock country!
Veterans Day Tribute at the Sedona Heritage Museum, 735 Jordan Road, November 11
If you are a veteran or someone in your family is a veteran, you may want to set aside some time on the holiday to attend the Veterans Day Tribute, held every year at the Sedona Heritage Museum. We thank our veterans regularly for their service, but this special event offers a more tangible expression of thanks, offering speeches, a flag ceremony, music, and free food or drink. Admission is free and veterans and their families are all invited!
