They use water from a spring-fed source in their food preparation, and occasionally use wild-crafted produce like goji berries and reishi mushrooms. Much of the menu is seasonal because they try to source everything locally, and if they can’t, they get it from the most integral supplier! They also take into account the environmental impact of airplane fuel and packaging. This is one of the most healthy restaurants in Sedona!
Stop by for breakfast to enjoy a variety of dishes that are served all day as well—perfect for late risers! You’ll find creations such as the Broccoli and Cheddar Quiche, with an almond crust and a side of steamed kale. For something with a Southwestern flair, try the Breakfast Bean Burrito—which can easily be made vegan as well! It’s the perfect time to be seated outside in their charming garden courtyard, and from some spots, you’ll even catch a glimpse of the mountains!
