Healthy Korean Cuisine at Momo’s Kitchen

Owners Momo Kim and Jerry Jang shared a vision to bring Korean cuisine to Arizona and began their venture with the Momo’s Kitchen food trailer. Now their business is renowned as one of Sedona’s best hidden gems, a welcome break from the usual Southwestern cuisine.

The menu at Momo’s Kitchen is short, but don’t let this fool you. The dishes on offer are loaded with healthy ingredients and extraordinary flavors that will have you coming back for more. The main menu only has two dishes, but each is masterfully cooked to perfection. First is Bibimbap, a staple of Korean cuisine featuring rice, fresh greens, beef, and vegetables. Momo’s Bibimap uses a special rice blend that includes quinoa, adding an extra kick of powerful nutrients. The dish is also loaded with sauteed Korean/Mexican zucchini, Korean radish, carrots, and topped with a fried egg.

The second main item on the menu is bulgolgi, a worldwide Korean favorite. This flavorful BBQ beef dish features tender, juicy beef marinated for at least 48 hours and served over Momo’s special rice blend with shredded cabbage, scallions, and bulgolgi sauce on top. You can also choose between beef or chicken for your dish. Gluten-free and vegan options are also available.

Specialty Sides & Drinks

Pair your meal with a side of Momo’s famous kimchi, made from a traditional Korean recipe passed down through generations of Momo’s family. This Korean staple is made up of spicy pickled cabbage and a variety of seasonings, creating a burst of flavor. Momo’s Kitchen also offers warm jujube ginger tea, made with ginger and honey. For a kick of energy, try the yuja (citron) tea, containing more than twice the vitamin C of raw lemon juice. Or try the cool and refreshing pear juice, made from Korean pear puree.
