The soups and salads at the Hideaway House are great for pairing with a sandwich from the menu or sharing around the table. Salads include classics like Caesar and mixed greens as well as seasonal salads made with locally sourced ingredients. It’s no Italian menu without the staple caprese and a tasty antipasto platter full of meats and cheeses. The soups are made fresh daily and come with a mini grilled cheese sandwich, perfect for a light meal. The caramelized onion soup is a house favorite, and the gnocchi vegetable soup comes packed with fresh vegetables, beans, tomatoes, and gnocchi. Sandwiches come loaded with tasty Italian meats and fresh ingredients. The Italian Grinder is piled high with salami, capicola, and prosciutto with an olive tapenade and roasted garlic aioli for extra flavor. For something heartier, try the baked meatball parmesan sandwich, made with house-made meatballs on freshly baked bread.

House favorites include the New Zealand mussels with pasta in your choice of marinara or garlic white wine sauce as well as the shrimp and gnocchi in a tomato basil sauce. If you’re in the mood for pizza, try one of the specialty pizzas on the menu. The roasted peach and caramelized pancetta pizza is a house favorite, or try the savory date night salad pizza made with ricotta cheese, dates, and prosciutto. You can also create your own pizza with a wide selection of toppings available.
