Since 1989, this festival has helped support the local arts scene, offering stunning art for sale and the backdrop of the red rocks to enhance the ambience. Admission fees go towards art programs and scholarships, so as you are exploring the aisles, enjoying the cool fall day, and finding the pieces you can’t live without, you will be doing a good deed as well. Over 125 artists will be on hand producing pieces in different genres of art and as you peruse the masterpieces you may have the opportunity to create your own, as many of the booths will feature crafts for visitors to try; there is often face painting going on as well, something your children will find most fun.
