This also makes for epic red rock views and stunning sunrises! This spacious home is situated between Bell Rock and the Airport Mesa, two of the strongest vortex energies in Sedona. When you’re ready to start a day of fun and adventure head to one of the many nearby hiking trails, or check out the shops, and good eats at Tlaquepaque: the arts and shopping village, which is less than a mile away.

This property offers 3,716 square feet of modern living space, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms to easily accommodate up to nine guests.

Upon walking up to the property you are greeted with aromatic greenery. When you step into the foyer you will see modern furnishings, local decor, and expansive windows. 

Living Room: Enjoy the breathtaking view of the sunrise in the morning. You can enjoy the sunrise from one of the large sofas or swivel chairs. If the sunrise isn’t quite your speed enjoy the 75” Smart TV or electric fire place. 

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances. When you’re ready to make breakfast the large island and countless kitchen amenities will allow you to cook up a masterpiece with ease. All whilst, still enjoying the beauty of the red rocks. 

Dining Room: Features soaring floor to ceiling windows and seating for ten to make your meals even more memorable.  Enjoy your meals inside or on the deck with an outdoor dining table and BBQ grill.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom (3^rd Level)- King Bed, 55” Smart TV and elevated from the rest of the house offering 180-degree views. The on-suite bathroom has a large marble tub with views of the mountain top, a rain shower head, and large vanity.

 Bedroom 2 (2^nd Level)- King size bed and a 55” Smart TV. The warm tones of this room are cozy and comforting. Curl up in front of the fireplace or feel inspired at the desk by overlooking the red rocks.

Bedroom 3 (2^nd Level)- Two Twin XL Beds (or can be converted to a King bed upon request and $30 fee) and a 50” Smart TV. Enjoy the views of Bell Rock!

Bedroom 4 (Main Level)- King size bed and 50” Smart TV. This room offers comforting jewel tones and a spectacular view of the twin buttes and Bell Rock.

Main level full shared bathroom offers a tub/shower combo.

Second level full shared bathroom offers a shower.

Media Room: Located on the second floor and offers a full size tempur-pedic pull-out sofa sleeper, 65” Smart TV, and window seat. This room offers a view of Brewer trail. If you watch closely you might see a mule deer or javelina wandering through the trees. 

Backyard/Outdoor Spaces:

This house offers not only some of the best sunrise viewings but also sunsets. When the time has come, either enjoy the sunset from the spa or exit off the East deck onto the short hiking trail that leads up the backside of the house. Climb to the top of the mountain and enjoy the sunset in solitude from your very own private bench. 

Once the sun has set, stars will begin to sprinkle the sky. Over those next few minutes the number of stars will gradually multiply into a spectacular light show. Watch closely and you might see a shooting star. 

Pool: Yes, Private 640 sq ft pool and deck with patio furnishings and stunning red rock views.  The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $150 per day. The pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously. Due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions during the fall and winter months, the pool cannot be heated Nov.1 thru March 31 and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.

Entertainment: Smart TVs (Fubo TV Streaming offered on all Smart TVs)

Laundry Room: Yes, full size laundry room with washer and dryer.

Parking: 2 Car Garage with additional driveway parking. Please note, street parking and RV Parking are not permitted.

Security Cameras: Yes, there is a camera by the front door and one pointing at the driveway. These cameras are active during reservations.
