Before we start regaling you with tales of the wonders of our sanctuaries, let’s take a little time to explore all the Sedona Mountain Bike Festival will provide. This is THE event for shredders and groms, offering a plethora of adventures that you may wonder how all the different adventures will fit into three short days. Starting with the rides themselves, there are group rides that leave the festival grounds, Posse Grounds Park, each morning, offering the opportunity to explore all that Sedona has to offer for mountain bikers. Demo bike rides are also available for pass holders, giving bikers the chance to check out if the new and improved mountain bike on the market really is all that. Skill clinics are also on the agenda, helping new riders increase their skills and experienced riders to increase their already mad skills. And is it really a bike festival if there aren’t aisles of vendors selling gear, equipment, and new products all designed to advance your riding ways? Of course not, and the Sedona Mountain Bike Festival offers just that, including art and other fun stuff on the tables of each booth.
Food & Entertainment
Mountain bikers have voracious appetites, it takes a lot of fuel to cover all the miles and mountains they ride, and the food vendors that are parked in the park will offer a delicious selection of foods, covering everything from barbecue to pizza and all the chow in between. Also providing a beer garden and live music because what’s better than cold beer and live music? You are going to want to explore more of Sedona that doesn’t involve two wheels, so won’t it be nice not to have to worry about your investment while doing so? For now, however, we are going to start exploring the properties that will allow you to enjoy your adventures and then come home to relax and recuperate from all your efforts!

The vibe of Sedona is different from any other place on earth, serving up equal parts of bougie, artsy, sophisticated, and mystical and our Sedona.Org sanctuaries absolutely reflect that vibe, perhaps tossing in a side of down to earth for good measure. You could be perfectly happy in one of our condos or small cottages, but there is that garage issue, so for today’s purposes we are going to stick to our standalone homes, ranging in size from 3 to 6 bedrooms. If you have a good group of riding buddies in your hometown, the festival week might be the perfect time to expand your horizons, sharing a house, a ride, and all the Arizona mountain biking adventures that are so different from yours at home. And now that you have your group gathered, your type of rental chosen, let’s open the door on the most comfortable vacation experience you have ever enjoyed.
Filled with Light
The Arizona sunshine is bright and almost always shining, so of course you would expect these spaces to be light and bright, but what you may not expect is the cozy ambience of homes that are grand and luxurious. Follow the paths created by high end flooring materials (most often wood) into rooms that will vary in size and style but will all be warm and welcoming. Relaxing is fun in Sedona, especially when your vacation escape offers supersized televisions, fun-filled game rooms, and backyard oasis’ that may include hot tubs, pools, firepits, and more. We’ve been known to offer outdoor kitchens, outdoor televisions tucked away under the eaves of the patio, and even hammocks tied between two trees, to encourage more moments of leisure. Putting greens are popular, as are comfortable seating arrangements set up in a variety of locations in the backyards and on balconies, each offering something new to ooh and aah over, including sunrises, sunsets, and some of Sedona’s most famous red rock formations.
Rest and Recharge

Our luxuriously appointed kitchens may end up being your favorite spots in the house, whether you throw together a hearty pasta dinner (carb loading is important for bikers) or simply choose to sip a new favorite Arizona wine you left chilling in the wine refrigerator before your began your festival day. High-end appliances, stone counters, and custom cabinets make the cooking experience fun and you might find yourself suffering from range envy when you make your first meal on a Viking range!
