You will enter through the front door that features a triple-paned stain glass window, and then step into the great room with an expansive open floor plan that holds the living room, kitchen and dining area, with gorgeous wood flooring throughout.
Living Room: Enjoy modern-style furnishings, including a memory foam queen sofa sleeper, a TV with Tivo and a DVD player, cozy gas fireplace and access to the patio where you can enjoy the stunning views of Munds Mountain and Cathedral Rock. The slider doors open completely to bring the outside in. You will also find a motion 42" Samsung frame TV with owner's photos of the Sedona area!
Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, and gorgeous stone countertops with plenty of space for meal prep and entertaining. There is a also an island with seating for five.
Dining Area: The dining area offers a hand-crafted copper table and seating for six.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Suite — King bed, TV with Tivo, a triple-paned mosaic on the wall, and an awesome view from the oversized window. Or take in the surroundings outside as there is access to the deck. The private bathroom offers two vanities, a soaking tub and a separate shower.
Master Bedroom 2 — California king bed, the private bathroom has a shower.
Outdoor Spaces:
Enjoy views of Munds Mountain and Cathedral Rock from the wrap-around covered deck. Sit around the fire table in the swivel chairs, relax in the hammock or play a game of Connect 4. Also featured on the deck are five stained glass panels that glisten when the sun shines in (and out at night when the deck lights are on), a bistro table and a natural gas BBQ to grill up your favorites.
